Additions to the Commemoration of Saints is prohibited

Further names of saints should not be added the Commemoration [of Saints] in the Liturgy other than those in the Holy Euchologion, save for the possibility of adding the saint that the church is named after or the saint famed in the Diocese (provided the saint is formally acknowledged by His Holiness on behalf of the Church).
