Further members to be added to Religious Books Review Committee

The recommendations submitted by the Faith, Education and Legislative Committee were approved, as follows:

1. Activation of the Committee for the Review of Religious Books [the formation of] which was approved by the Holy Synod in the meeting of 05/06/1993 with the addition of new names to be determined by His Holiness the Pope, or selected by the Education Committee, in place of those who have travelled abroad or who have passed away, or the addition of new specialists so that the Committee is sub-divided into specialist sub-committees of multiple domains such as doctrine, history, hagiography [lives of saints], spirituality, and interpretation of the Holy Bible etc.
2. The date for the commencement of the work of the reformed Committee is to be announced. The Committee has chosen His Grace Bishop Abram to be the recipient of each book project or reprint of previously published books. The writer or author shall receive a response within 3 months.
