No requirement to swear in court against a person's own religion
It is stated in the report of the Faith, Education and Legislative Committee as follows: In the text of Article 128 of the Law of Procedures, no one is obligated to swear in court against his creed “whoever is appointed to swear an oath, to perform it according to the conditions established in his religion if he so requests.” The Holy Synod welcomed this.
