Patriarch of Antioch to be mentioned in liturgical prayers

Ensure that the name of Mar Ignatius Zakka I Iwas, the Antiochian Patriarch, is mentioned in all liturgical prayers and the liturgies. This has been decided in previous eras by agreement of the two Churches.
