Formation of Committee for Satellite Channels

It was decided that the Holy Synod will propose which Christian satellite channels it wants to be affiliated with our Church, to supervise them in order to prevent mistakes. On these channels, the Holy Synod must submit this request, and submit its plan to the Synodal Committee.

His Holiness the Pope said that the Synodal Committee that supervises the programs is not merely decorative.

The Holy Synod approved the establishment of the Permanent Committee for Satellite Channels.
