Youth discourged from marrying foreign women

The necessity of our Christian youth to be associated with the Coptic heritage and Egyptian patriotism, together with the importance of being inside our beloved homeland and not encouraging marriage to foreign women (His Holiness the Pope asked that this recommendation not be compulsory, and this was agreed [that the recommendation would not be compulsory]).
