Reminder regarding rules of monks hearing confessions

The Holy Synod stressed the importance of abiding by the previous decree of monks not taking confessions of women and girls in the cities where married priests serve, and in monasteries. Also, monks may not interfere in solving the problems of women and girls in these same areas.
