Circulation of Holy Synod Decrees

His Holiness the Pope has cautioned that all the decrees of the Holy Synod should be sent to all churches of the Patriarchate and the Dioceses, and that the Review Committee should follow up the delivery of these decrees to the organisations that will implement them.

(Footnote: The Secretarial Committee of the Holy Synod has implemented this and distributed the first edition of the book, “The Decrees of the Synod in the Era of His Holiness Pope Shenouda III” on 14 November 1996, and the second edition on 14 November 2001 and the current third edition in 2011. His Holiness expressed satisfaction for these publications that have [been distributed] in response to His Holiness’s instructions.
