Agreement regarding the Principle Constitution

The study of the draft of the Principle Constitution of the Holy Synod was completed article by article. Every member of the Holy Synod had an opportunity to participate in the discussion. The final version of the Constitution was approved unanimously by all the fathers who were present (see page 3).
