Creation of a new Synaxarium

The Holy Synod has decided that it is not permissible for any layman to create a new Synaxarium without the knowledge, approval and blessing of the Holy Synod. His Holiness the Pope has requested that the Holy Synod take interest in producing a Synaxarium itself.
