Wearing the Eskim by HG Bishop Sarabamoun, HG Bishop Mettaos, HG Bishop Mina

On 31/01/1996, His Holiness the Pope conducted the ritual of putting on the Eskim on three of the Bishops: His Grace Bishop Sarabamoun, Bishop and head of the Monastery of St. Bishoy, His Grace Bishop Mettaos, Bishop and head of the Syrian Monastery, and His Grace Bishop Mina Ava Mina, Bishop and head of the Monastery of St Mina. There was a celebration in St. Mark’s Cathedral, in Saint-Rewis, in Cairo, attended by a large number of Metropolitans and Bishops, members of the Holy Synod.
