Unity of teaching and rituals, and deprivations

The Holy Synod agreed with the following:

1. To safeguard the unity of teaching and rituals in all the dioceses in the See of St. Mark, each Bishop must not follow any particular rituals that contrary to the general position in the Church. Likewise, he should not follow any specific teaching that are not agreed by the Holy Synod.
2. It is never acceptable to deprive anyone for attending the feast of one of the saints in another Diocese.
