Succession of Bishops

The following decrees were issued:

1. A Bishop cannot recommend who will succeed him, and who will manage the Episcopate after his death. His responsibility ends with his departure.
2. A Bishop cannot restrict who will succeed him through deprivation in certain pastoral matters. He may give advice but not deprivations.
