Details included within certificate of absence of marital encumbrances

The Holy Synod agreed to the recommendation of the Dioceses Affairs Committee that there is in the certificate of marital encumbrances a special item stating the name of the other party to be associated with, and the certificate of marital encumbrances of the other party is attached, before the issuance of the marriage permit.
