Certificate of absence of marital encumbrances to be attached to engagement report

The Holy Synod agreed to the recommendation of the Diocesans Affairs Committee by affirming that the above had been attached to the certificate of absence of marital encumbrances when transferring the engagement report to another diocese, and the testimony for each party is not from the diocese to which the engagement report is transferred.
