Judgment of Priests

The Holy Synod decided the following:

  1. The application of Church laws not to rule on a Priest, except by a Clerical Council, with the possibility of temporarily stopping his work pending the presentation of a Church trial without affecting his family financially. The Priest may submit a complaint or petition to the Diocesans Affairs Committee for review.
  2. If you take into consideration the problem of the Priest who is ordained in one of the dioceses, then his bishop gives him permission to come to Cairo, he would then become a burden on the diocese of His Holiness the Pope.
