Rules on Wednesday and Friday fasts

The Holy Synod has decided that it is not permissible to eat fish on Wednesdays and Fridays (not including in the Holy Fifty Days) as these are considered first degree fasting days. This will be published in Patriarchate magazine (Al-Keraza).
